Find out how to set up and get access to SajuukBot, your administration assistant and automoderator to protect your discord community.

SajuukBot will be ceasing operations on March 31st 2024, due to a variety of factors. For more information, please refer to the announcement provided on the SajuukBot discord server and your options for migrating to a new bot.

As of December 12th 2023, SajuukBot is no longer available to new communities. This is due to the aforementioned shutdown of this service on March 31st 2024: the information provided below is given for transparency of the old system pre-December 2023, when the bot was still open to be added to new communities.

Requirements

SajuukBot was a semi-public bot: that meant that, although anyone was technically eligible to be able to use it on their servers, you needed to go through an approval process to ensure that the bot was being added to established Discord communities and not guilds intended for a few friends or testing.

Are you a Discord Partner? If so, you don't need to meet any member of activity requirements: please reach out to the support team for getting access to this bot. Please be aware that we will conduct an independent investigation to validate your claim to this exemption, so those who aren't partners will be blocked from accessing the bot.

We have removed the member requirements for these users because the Partner Program has been closed by Discord: this means the only people who can access this exemption are people who are still in the program, limiting its scope to an extremely small number of servers.

However, Discord Partners must still comply with the Discord TOS and Community Guidelines, nor run a bot farm. Such behaviours will automatically disqualify the server from accessing SajuukBot.

The requirements that existed prior to December 2023 were:

• If your server is Verified (meaning, it has the Green Checkmark to signify the community is an official brand on Discord), then you need to have 500 members. For non-verified servers, the limit is 1000 members. This member requirement for Verified servers is to validate that it is a legitimate community.

• The server must not be used as a place solely to violate the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or the API Terms of Service.

  • This means you should not be using this bot in a way that would be deemed to cause API spam or rate limits to be reached on a regular basis.

  • Servers found to be a location for violations of the TOS, Community Guidelines or the API TOS will be blacklisted from using the bot. Extreme violators will also be reported to Discord's Trust and Safety Team.

• You cannot add the bot to a bot farm.

  • These are not genuine servers and only exist as a way of aiding bot abuse. These servers will be blacklisted when discovered.

Adding SajuukBot

SajuukBot cannot be added to any new servers.
