SajuukBot will be ceasing operations on March 31st 2024, due to a variety of factors. For more information, please refer to the announcement provided on the SajuukBot discord server and your options for migrating to a new bot.

Discord's API uses an event-based system whereby different actions dispatch different events. This gives SajuukBot the ability to do different things based on which event it receives.

All of SajuukBot's functionality is powered by listening to events, whether that be the Auto Moderator or even just using bot commands in chat. Without events, SajuukBot would not function and some are so critical to normal operations that they aren't controllable by end users.

However, in the pages below, you'll find information about the majority of events that you can control, as well as documentation about those features which uniquely only have events and no bot commands.
